EU Youth | First Cohort Completes Project Management Training

The first cohort of participants in the EU Youth – Group Grants Program has completed a specialized training course in project management, as part of a series of capacity-building activities designed to strengthen participants’ skills and prepare them to launch or further develop their projects.

The training covered project planning and goal setting, resource management, activity implementation, project monitoring, and results measurement. Practical exercises and experience-sharing activities also allowed participants to apply key concepts and learn from one another.

With the completion of this training, participants continue their learning journey toward developing more structured and sustainable projects and strengthening their ability to manage initiatives and achieve their goals.

The program is implemented through the Youth Empowerment Center (YEC) by Medalah Foundation for Development, in partnership with Oxfam in Yemen, with support and funding from the European Union.
